Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, work email, company/workspace name, and a securely hashed password.
• Billing data: your plan, subscription status and the customer/subscription identifiers from our payment provider. We never store your full card details. These are handled by Mollie.
• Business data you enter: products, SKUs, sales history, inventory, forecasts and related operational data.
• Integration data: sales and inventory information retrieved from services you connect, such as Shopify, WeFact and Huboo.
• Technical data: a session cookie to keep you logged in, plus server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

• To provide the service. Forecasting, planning, inventory and integrations.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To secure, maintain and improve the service.

Our legal bases under the GDPR are: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, complying with legal obligations, and your consent where it applies.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run OrderBee:

• Mollie. Payment processing and subscriptions.
• Render. Cloud hosting (servers and database located in the EU, Frankfurt).
• Resend. Sending transactional emails such as password resets.
• Integrations you choose to connect (e.g. Shopify, WeFact, Huboo), which exchange data at your direction.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

Your data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). Some sub-processors may process data in or outside the EU; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain certain records to meet legal obligations.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and encrypted storage of integration credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, email hello@orderbee.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We use only essential cookies needed to run the service. Mainly a cookie to keep you signed in and a short-lived cookie during signup. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
