Terms of Service

OrderBee helps businesses forecast demand, plan purchasing, and manage inventory across sales channels. Forecasts and suggestions are estimates generated from the data you and your connected integrations provide. They are decision-support tools, not guarantees of future results.

The service is intended for business use. When you create an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them.
• Be responsible for all activity in your workspace, including any team members you invite.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms.

• Paid plans are Starter (€49/month) and Growth (€99/month), stated excl. VAT and billed monthly in advance.
• Prices are in euros (EUR), excl. VAT. VAT (21% where applicable) is added at checkout, so the amount charged is the price plus VAT.
• Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Mollie. The first payment authorises a mandate for the monthly recurring charge.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it is not renewed.
• Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
• We may suspend or limit access if a payment fails or remains overdue.

• You retain ownership of the products, sales, inventory and other business data you put into the service (“Customer Data”).
• You grant us permission to process Customer Data to provide and improve the service.
• You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload or connect any data, including data from third-party integrations such as Shopify, WeFact and Huboo.
• Your use of third-party integrations is also subject to those providers’ own terms.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written permission.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change or remove features over time.

• Forecasts, buy plans and replenishment suggestions are estimates. You are solely responsible for the business and purchasing decisions you make using the service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost sales, overstock or stockouts.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations and liability limits) continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
